We offer a 18 month warranty with every new A/C unit purchased.
Do not throw away your packaging for your new marine breeze unit until installed and performance is established.
We will not accept units shipped to Marine Breeze without proper shipping packaging. Should new packaging be needed, requests can be sent to Marine Breeze for review and resolution.
Additional fees may apply for appropriate packaging resolution. Damage due to shipping will not be covered. See “Shipping Disclaimer” for additional detail
Returns:
You may return original-condition, uninstalled merchandise if you are not completely satisfied with your order by requesting a return via “Contact” page of www.MarinBreeze.net within 30 days of your order’s ship date. Products are to be received by MarineBreeze and complete inspection prior to refund. Equipment returns will be charged shipping fees to and from your location.

If you are returning a product because we made an error on your order, we will schedule and pay for return shipping. Upon receipt of the returned item, the correct item will be shipped at no additional cost. Purchases outside of the United States may vary case by case.
Units or parts shipped outside of the United States are subject to additional shipping charges. It is recommended for Customer to utilize a forwarding service for out of country orders. We are happy to ship any parts or units to your preferred forwarding service to support timeliness and ease of freight.
Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for 18 months from the date the unit is purchased. Warranty covers defect under normal use and maintenance. We DO NOT cover materials or labor reimbursement from 3rd party. Please be sure to send in your unit to be repaired at our factory. Warranty does not cover any portion or component of any system that is not supplied by MarineBreeze, regardless of the cause of the failure of such portion or component. Warranty does not cover; Products defaced of unit labeling or tags; Products subject to improper or inadequate installation, to include improper voltage wiring; Products not properly Bonded to vessel neutral; Products subjected to accident, misuse, negligence, abuse, lightning, alteration, contaminated corrosive air or liquid supply, opening of the refrigerant circuit by unqualified personnel.
It is important to detail exactly what the product is doing in an email to Marine Breeze through our contact section. One of our representatives will communicate throughout the review process and support as needed. Typical response times are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4:00 pm, Central Standard Time. Weekend and Holiday support may experience delays. We will suggest a course of action to isolate the problem in hopes to resolve. If necessary, we may have the product returned to the factory for service.
Shipping Disclaimer
If a product is damaged on the return, you, the shipper, must file the claim with the carrier. Products must be carefully packaged. Carriers may decline claims if packaging is insufficient. MarineBreeze will not reimburse for products damaged when returned. Pack your return products with care. Use extra packing material such as paper, newspaper, styrofoam or other dead fill. Items such as evaporator coils and return air drops are easily damaged in transit. If you received one of these items via a freight shipment on a pallet, but would like to return it using a ground service, such as FedEx Ground, USPS or UPS, you must use additional packaging to prevent damage (a box within a box is the best method for packaging).
We recommend to INSURE the unit when shipping. We are not responsible for damage to a unit in transit. Retain proof of tracking from your carrier. You are responsible for filing a shipping claim should a return item be lost or damaged in transit. Use a “traceable carrier” that can provide you with tracking services and proof of delivery. Retain your tracking number for at least three months after shipping your product.
